pink guava is pleased to offer a quality selection of jewelry and other products hand-crafted in India. As these pieces are handmade, they will not have the perfect appearance of machine stamped jewelry. Also, some stones may have natural inclusions. These are not flaws, but give the stone its own unique characteristics.

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. We endeavor to accurately describe all of our items, but in the rare event that we have made a mistake and the item received is not as described, we will refund the buyer's costs (minus shipping & handling) within 14 days of the original delivery. However, if you change your mind having received the item, then we are unable to offer a refund. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your item is packed well, pink guava cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost parcels. In the event that a parcel is lost or damaged you may request a proof of posting to make a claim.
